§ 92.33 MOTOR FUEL STORAGE.
   No person shall keep in excess of two, five-gallon containers or ten gallons of gasoline, unless the same is kept in a metallic container separate and at safe distance from any building, except that buildings, tanks, and other equipment for the storage of gasoline, kerosene, fuel oil, and other petroleum products may be created, and such petroleum products may be stored within the town upon application for permit to construct such buildings being filed within 30 days prior to the date set for the construction of such buildings, and provided the same shall meet with the approval of the Board of Trustees.
