§ 92.18 PROHIBITED MATERIALS.
   (A)   No person shall burn hay, straw, dirt, filth, manure, garbage, sweepings, leaves, ashes, paper, rubbish, or material of any kind.
   (B)   No person shall singularly set fire to any combustible matter or make any fire not in accordance with the regulations set forth in this chapter.
