§ 92.16 SIZE.
   (A)   Recreational fires shall be in a below ground fire pit with a minimum depth of ten inches and a maximum diameter of three feet. The fire may not extend more than two feet above the fire pit.
   (B)   Portable fire pits shall not exceed three feet in diameter and the fire may not extend more than two feet above the fire ring.
