§ 92.15 OPEN FIRE LOCATIONS.
   No recreational fire or portable fire pit shall be closer than 25 feet from any structure, trees, shrubs, bushes, fence, or any other combustible material. The location shall be no closer than 15 feet from any adjoining property line. The distance may be reduced for a special event with prior approval of the Board of Trustees. The fire pit shall be surrounded on the outside, above ground, by a non-combustible material such as, but not limited to, concrete block or rock. Active portable fire pits must be located upon a non-combustible surface (dirt without vegetation, stone, gravel, concrete, brick, and the like) with an area twice the diameter of the portable fire pit.
