(A) Controlled burns and bonfires are not allowed within the town limits. If such controlled burn is deemed a necessity, the property owner must receive permission from the Board of Trustees and it must be done under the control of the Fire Department.
(B) Yard waste, tree limbs, and compost are not to be burned and may be taken to the town landfill along with types of construction debris.
