§ 92.03 PROHIBITED.
   (A)   No person shall utilize fires for the purpose of clearing land or during construction or demolition of a building(s) without a permit issued by the Board of Trustees in accordance with the regulations herein.
   (B)   No person shall maintain or operate a burn barrel within the corporate limits of the town. Incinerators constructed in accordance with the Uniform Fire Code may be operated upon receipt of a permit from the Board of Trustees.
