§ 151.01 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   DETRIMENTAL DRAINAGE. Any rain, surface water or ground water drainage on any residential lot or parcel of real estate in the city, which has a detrimental effect upon any residential or appurtenant structure located thereon.
   DIRECTOR. The Codes Administrator/Director of Public Works of the city.
   OWNER/OCCUPANT. Anyone who has an ownership interest in the residential lot or parcel of real estate where his or her residence is maintained.
