   The fees for permits and inspections shall be as listed in the tables below. In the event of any land use or building construction without all of the permits required therefore, the fees established herein for those permits are hereby doubled.

The basic permit fee includes one in-progress inspection and 1 final inspection. Unless otherwise specified, all additional inspections are charged the minimum fee per trip.

All payments shall be in the inspector’s office by the 25th of the month

Survey Fees
When a survey is requested by the city, the survey fee shall be paid by the contractor that corrects the work as outlined in the survey.
Survey fees are in addition to plan review and electrical field inspection fees.

The above fees are applicable only during regular business hours. For after hour inspections Monday through Friday, add $50 per hour (minimum 2 hour charge) to the normal fee. For inspections on weekends and holidays, add $75 per hour (minimum 2 hour charge) to the normal fee.
Electrical Plan Reviews
Electrical drawings, specifications and data shall be submitted for plan review for new buildings and structures and structural additions to all buildings and structures, for dwelling load calculations. Drawings, specifications and data shall be submitted with the application for plan review.
