(A) No person shall construct, repair, remodel or otherwise alter any building or structure within the city limits, without obtaining a building permit from the city.
(B) The permit can be obtained by applying to the Building and Zoning Administrator for same, and must be in accord with all other applicable ordinances and regulations adopted by the city regarding construction, repair or remodeling of buildings and structures within the city.
