(A) Residential square footage shall be calculated by measuring the total floor space at the subfloor level including the enclosing walls. The areas included in this measurement are the basement, first floor, second floor, garage, bonus room, covered porch and covered deck. The measurement shall not include uncovered porches and uncovered decks.
(B) Commercial square footage shall be calculated from the outside dimensions of the building plus all floor areas including all unfinished areas.
(C) Tenant finish and building alteration square footage shall be calculated using the entire area to be finished or altered.
