§ 130.06 CITY ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER TO REVIEW ENFORCEMENT.
   (A)   Twelve months after the enactment of this chapter, the City Administrative Officer shall review the enforcement thereof, and report and make recommendation to the City Council in regard to the effectiveness thereof and the continuing need therefor.
   (B)   The report of the City Administrative Officer shall specifically include the following information:
      (1)   The practicality of enforcing this chapter and any problems with enforcement identified by the City Police Department;
      (2)   The impact of the enforcement of the chapter on crime statistics;
      (3)   The number of persons successfully prosecuted for violations of the chapter; and
      (4)   The city’s net cost of enforcing this chapter.
