§ 99.01 DEFINITIONS.

   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.

   ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER. That officer of the City of Erlanger known and identified as the City Administrative Officer.

   MOTOR VEHICLE. Any wheeled vehicle propelled by any means other than gravity or muscular power.

   NOBODY. No human being or any organization or combination thereof in the form of a corporation, partnership, joint venture, unincorporated association or otherwise.

   PUBLIC WAY OR PROPERTY. Any property owned by the city or to which the public has any right of use by dedication or otherwise including, without limitation, roads, streets, highways, alleys and sidewalks.
