§ 97.112 VIOLATIONS.
   A violation of this subchapter occurs upon any noncompliance with any provision thereof, by either act or omission; and each and every separate noncontinuing occurrence thereof, and each and every day of every continuing occurrence thereof is a separate violation of this subchapter.
