§ 97.080 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   OWNER. Any person who owns any interest in a lot or parcel of real estate in the city.
   PERSON. Any natural person, corporation, partnership, joint venture or any association or combination thereof.
