§ 97.021 FAILURE TO RESTORE; RECOURSE AGAINST BOND.
   Should any person, firm or corporation, who has been issued a permit to open any street, sidewalk or public thoroughfare to a safe and passable condition within five days after having opened the same, the city shall cause the work of reconstruction and repair to be done at the cost of the holder of the permit and shall have recourse against the bond posted with the City Clerk by the permit holder.
