The Fire/EMS Chief may revoke any open burning permit issued thereby in the event of either:
(A) The improper or unauthorized issuance thereof;
(B) Any open burning by the permittee, which doesn’t conform to that described in the application thereof, for the open burning permit; or
(C) The occurrence of any unusual conditions in the area of the permitted open burning that are determined by the Fire/EMS Chief to constitute an unreasonable risk that fire from the open burning may become uncontrollable and spread to adjoining property.
