For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
APPLICABLE LAWS. The statutes, ordinances, rules, regulations and orders of all governmental agencies having jurisdiction of the subject matter thereof.
DEVELOPED LAND. Land which has been developed by the extension of streets and utilities thereto, with completed improvements thereon for occupancy by human beings, and a certificate of occupancy issued therefore.
ERLANGER FIRE/EMS CHIEF. The Chief of the Erlanger Fire/EMS Department or any designee thereof.
EVERYBODY. Every human being, and every combination thereof in the form of either a corporation, partnership, limited liability company, unincorporated association or otherwise.
NOBODY. No human being, or any combination thereof in the form of a corporation, partnership, limited liability company, unincorporated association or otherwise.
OPEN BURNING. The burning of any material in an area which is not enclosed or contained within a building or vehicle.
UNDEVELOPED LAND. Land which hasn’t been developed by the extension of streets and utilities thereto, and completed improvements constructed thereon for occupancy by human beings, with certificates of occupancy issued therefore.
