(A) 2012 Edition of the NFPA 1 Uniform Fire Code adopted by reference. Pursuant to the authority of KRS 83A.060(5), the most current version of the 2012 Edition of the NFPA 1 Uniform Fire Code, which was published in 2011 by the National Fire Protection Association, a copy of which accompanies Ord. 2401, passed 7-1-2014, is hereby made a part of the permanent records of the city, and the provisions thereof are hereby adopted by reference, as if fully set out herein.
(B) Prohibitions. Nobody shall cause, promote, aid, assist, allow, encourage or engage in the ownership, maintenance or use of any building or structure in the city that is not in compliance with the regulations and requirements of the most current version of the 2012 Edition of the NFPA 1 Uniform Fire Code, which was published in 2011 by the National Fire Protection Association, and adopted by reference in this section.
