§ 31.05 ELECTION OF CITY OFFICERS TO BE NON-PARTISAN.
   Hereinafter, the election of officers of the city shall be under non-partisan city election laws as provided in KRS 83A.170 and other pertinent sections in KRS Chapter 83A.
