Pursuant to the authority of KRS 65.8808(1), there is hereby created a Code Enforcement Board for the City of Erlanger which shall have the power to issue remedial orders and impose civil fines as a method of enforcing those ordinances of the city that expressly provide that each violation thereof constitutes a civil offense, including, without limitation, any zoning or nuisance ordinance.
