§ 43.035 WHO MUST FILE.

   The following classes of officers of the city shall file an annual statement of financial interests with the Board of Ethics:

   (A)   Elected city officials;

   (B)   Board members; and

   (C)   Nonelected officers and employees of the city or any city agency who are authorized to make purchases of materials or services or award contracts, leases or agreements involving the expenditure of more than $5,000.
