No alcoholic liquor shall be kept or permitted to be consumed upon the premises, and the premises shall at all times be maintained and operated in an orderly manner. The use of profanity or loud and unusual noises shall be prohibited and the premises shall be at all times conducted and maintained in an orderly manner. No gambling or card playing shall be permitted upon the premises. (Ord. 234, 4-27-1965)
