2-1-1: BOARD CREATED; DUTIES:
The board of local improvements for the village is hereby created and shall consist of three (3) members, namely the president of the village and two (2) members of the board of trustees, which shall function as and perform all duties of the board of local improvements, as provided in chapter 24, Illinois municipal code, Illinois Compiled Statutes. (1976 Code)
