9-4-5: AREA REGULATIONS:
   (A)   Front Yard: The front yard regulations are the same as those in the A residence district.
   (B)   Side Yard: The side yard regulations for uses permitted in the A residence district when located in the B outlying business district are the same as those in the A residence district. Where a corner lot is used for any of the commercial purposes permitted in this district the yard on the side of a lot adjacent to the street shall not be less than ten feet (10') in width, except that the building width of the lot shall not be reduced to less than twenty five feet (25'). In all other cases a side yard is not required except on the side of a lot abutting on a dwelling district, in which case there shall be a side yard of not less than five feet (5').
   (C)   Rear Yard: Except as otherwise provided in this code, there shall be a rear yard having a depth of not less than twenty five feet (25'), unless the lot is less than one hundred twenty five feet (125'), in which case the rear yard need not exceed twenty percent (20%) of the depth of such lot.
