9-4-3: PARKING REGULATIONS:
The parking regulations for uses permitted in the A residence district shall apply to such uses when located in the B outlying business district.
Whenever a structure is erected or reconstructed for any of the other purposes permitted in this district, there shall be provided parking spaces in the ratio of not less than one parking space for each two hundred (200) square feet of floor space in the building which is used for commercial purposes, and except that any recreation or amusement building or any restaurant or establishment whose primary use is to serve meals, lunches or drinks to patrons, either in their cars or in the building, shall provide parking spaces on the lot in the ratio of not less than one parking space for each one hundred (100) square feet of floor space in the building. Such parking space may be located on the same lot as the building or in an area within three hundred feet (300') of the building. Two (2) or more owners of buildings may join together in providing this parking space, provided that the minimum requirements of this section are maintained. (Ord. 215, 9-17-1962)
