(A) No person shall park or leave parked any vehicle within the area designated as follows:
The Village Triangle area bounded as follows: Albany Street from its intersection with the railroad tracks south to its intersection with Main Street; Eighth Avenue from its intersection with the railroad tracks south to its intersection with the westerly edge of the alley between Main Street and Eighth Street; Main Street commencing at a point 195 feet south of the southerly line of Ninth Avenue at its intersection with Main Street to its intersection with the northerly line of an alley running from Main Street to the railroad tracks in the block bordered by Seventh Avenue to the south and Eighth Avenue to the north;
after one thirty o'clock (1:30) A.M. and before four thirty o'clock (4:30) A.M. Any person violating any provision of this section shall be fined not less than twenty five dollars ($25.00) nor more than fifty dollars ($50.00) for each offense.
(B) No person shall park or leave any vehicle within the area designated as follows after one thirty o’clock (1:30) A.M. and before four thirty o’clock (4:30) A.M. at any time when two inches (2") or more of snow have fallen in the Village of Erie:
1. Main Street commencing at the southerly line of its intersection with Ninth Avenue to a point 195 feet south of the southerly line of Ninth Avenue at its intersection with Main Street.
2. Eighth Avenue from its intersection with Eighth Street to the southeasterly line of the alley between Eighth Street and Main Street. (Ord. 368, 2-14-1984; amd. Ord. 735, 6-11-2019; Ord. 755, 12-8-2020; Ord. 759, 1-12-2021)
