5-3-7: DISPOSAL BY VILLAGE, RECOVERY OF COSTS:
Whenever a person fails to dispose of any inoperable motor vehicle, then the village may also remove the inoperable motor vehicle to a location of its election, the expenses therefor to be billed to said person, and the bill to be recoverable in a suit at law. (Ord. 381, 8-13-1985)
