5-2-19: PENALTY:
Any owner who permits or suffers any dog or cat to violate a provision of this chapter shall be fined in the sum of not less than twenty five dollars ($25.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00). (Ord. 401, 11-8-1988)
