Nothing in this chapter shall be regarded and interpreted as relieving any dog or cat owner in the village from complying with all requirements of the ordinances of Whiteside County, including the requirements, if any, of registering dogs or cats with the county, inoculating dogs or cats against rabies and the requirements concerning dangerous dogs or cats and dog and cat bites.
