5-2-5: DOGS ON THE PROPERTY OF ANOTHER; PUBLIC NUISANCE:
It shall be unlawful for the owner of any dog to permit or suffer such dog to disturb any person by being on the property of that person and disturbing that person. Any such dog shall be declared a public nuisance. (Ord. 401, 11-8-1988)
