5-2-4: DISTURBING THE PEACE; PUBLIC NUISANCE:
It shall be unlawful for the owner of any dog to permit or suffer such dog to disturb the peace of any person in the village by barking or making other loud or unusual noises. Any such dog shall be declared a public nuisance. (Ord. 401, 11-8-1988)
