Any person violating any provisions hereby adopted by reference shall be fined not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) but not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) for each offense. Each day that an offense shall continue to occur shall be considered a separate offense. (Ord. 435, 3-10-1992)
