5-1-5: DISTURBING LAWFUL ASSEMBLIES:
It shall be unlawful for any person to disturb any congregation, lawful assemblage or association of people by rude, indecent or improper behavior or language, either within or upon the outside of any building or place where such assemblage shall be convened. (1909 Code §6.2)
