5-1-3: DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY:
It shall be unlawful for any person to wilfully and maliciously injure or destroy any property, real or personal, owned or controlled by the village, or to tear up, break or destroy any public pavement, sidewalk, crosswalk, drain, gutter, water pipe or sewer or any part thereof within the village. (1909 Code §6.7)
