The application shall state the name of the owner of the property upon which the building or structure is proposed to be constructed, erected, installed, or located; the name and address of the applicant and if the applicant is other than the owner, whether the applicant will act as agent, servant or employee of the owner, or as an independent contractor; a brief legal description of the premises to be improved, and for this purpose the street address of the property shall be sufficient; the value of the building or structure to be constructed, erected, installed, or located; the use to which the building or structure is proposed to be put. If the proposed building or structure shall contain more than one living unit and/or more than one commercial unit, the application shall so state. (Ord. 351, 5-18-1982)
