105.01 DEFINITIONS.
   (a)   "Meeting" means any prearranged discussion of the public business of any Public Body by a majority of its members.
 
   (b)   "Public Body" means the Council, but also includes within its definition any board, commission, agency, authority, committee or other body with decision-making authority in the Village, if any, which is subject to the rule-making authority of Council. These rules are in addition to any other requirements imposed by law pertaining to the notification of meetings to be given to the members of any Public Body, the public, or the news media. However, these rules shall not apply to an executive session held at a regular or special meeting of any Public Body which is conducted for the purpose of considering any of the matters set forth in Ohio R.C. 121.22(G), nor shall these rules apply to any other meeting, conference, or discussion specifically exempted by law from the requirements imposed by Ohio R.C. 121.22(F).
