727.99 PENALTY.

(b) Whoever violates any provision of Section 727.09 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree punishable under Section 501.99 and on each subsequent offense within one year such person or persons shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree punishable under Section 501.99.

(c) Whoever violates any provision of this chapter other than those provisions stipulated in subsection (a) and (b) hereof shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree punishable under Section 501.99.

(d) A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
