(a) Licenses issued shall be charged and paid according to the following rates:
(1) If a license is issued for one week, five dollars ($5.00).
(2) If a license is issued for one month, ten dollars ($10.00).
(3) If a license is issued for one year, twenty-five dollars ($25.00).
(b) The license issued hereunder shall not be transferred or assigned or used by any person other than the one to whom issued and shall be valid for the period stated above.
