(a) No person fourteen years and under shall be in public domain or on private property, unless prior approval is obtained from the owner, between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. of the following morning, and no person between the ages of fifteen through seventeen years shall be in the public domain or on private property, unless prior approval is obtained from the owner, between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. of the following morning, unless accompanied by his parent, guardian or an adult person delegated custody.
(b) No parent or guardian having care and custody or any person under eighteen years of age shall permit or allow such person to violate subsection (a) hereof.
(c) No person under eighteen years of age shall violate subsection (a) hereof.
(d) It shall not be a violation of this section if the person is upon an emergency errand, legitimate business or other reasonable activity directed by his parent or guardian having the care and custody of such person.
(e) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
