When a water account is to be established for a new property owner or tenant, a service charge (Section 921.30 Water Rates and Fees) will be made and the charge included with the first water bill. No additional charges will be incurred provided the turn-on is made during normal duty hours (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday thru Friday).
