(a) The charge for water used and water service for businesses, single family residences, and apartment buildings shall be subject to change by the current Village water rate ordinance.
(b) Installations requiring a two inch meter or larger will be charged an additional monthly demand service charge.
(c) Schools, churches, and special users will be furnished water by contract.
(d) The Enon Water Works Department reserves the right and is obliged to increase water rates and charges at any time the revenues of the water works system prove insufficient to pay for operation and maintenance expenses, debt service charges of issued bonds, or to maintain a reasonable reserve for contingencies and/or improvements.
