(a) In cases where water is turned off for violation of any rules and regulations or for non-payment of a water bill, the customer will be required to pay a penalty fee (Section 921.30 Water Rates and Fees), in addition to all due and payable water bills before the water will be turned back on.
(b) A customer who requests that the water be turned off to the property while the customer is absent for a month or longer will be charged a turn on fee (Section 921.30 Water Rates and Fees) if such turn on is requested during normal duty hours (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday thru Friday). Additional fees will be charged for turn on after hours.
