Water bills are mailed on the tenth of each month and are due and payable on or before the thirtieth of each month. Any bill not paid by the thirtieth of the month in which it is received is delinquent. A customer who is delinquent will be notified on the fifteenth of the following month that the account is delinquent. If such delinquent bill and current bill are not paid in full before the thirtieth of the month, the customer will be notified by letter that water service to the property will be reviewed for discontinuance without further notice.
