921.07 BACKFLOW PREVENTION DEVICES.

Federal E.P.A. regulation prohibit cross connections between the Enon Municipal water supply and any other source of water. An approved Backflow Prevention Device shall be installed, as required by Enon Codified Ordinance, Chapter 925, when a potential hazard to the Enon Water Works System exists. (Ord. 2019-03. Passed 3-13-19.)
