921.01 ADOPTION OF BY-LAWS; AMENDMENT.

The By-laws and Regulations herein after names shall be considered a part of the contract of every person, company, or corporation that is supplied water by Enon Municipal Water Works Department and every such person, company, or corporation by taking water shall be considered to express their consent to be governed thereby. These By-laws and Regulations may be altered, amended, or added to at any time.
