139.03 INTERNAL CONTROL POLICY.

(a) There is hereby established, a separate and distinct Law Enforcement Trust Fund, a Drug Law Enforcement Fund, and a Alcohol Enforcement and Education Fund for the receipt, management, and expenditure of funds as provided by law.

(b) Such funds shall be controlled by the Enon Police Department policy attached to Ordinance 2019-02 and made a part of this section and which may be amended from time to time.
