Revenues from the tax provided for herein shall be used for the purpose of paying the costs and expenses of enforcing and administration of this tax; for planning, constructing, improving, maintaining and repairing public roads, highways and streets within the Village; maintaining and repairing bridges, culverts and viaducts within the said Village; paying the Village's portion of the costs and expenses of cooperating with the County Engineer of Clark County, Ohio, in the planning, improvement and construction of County highways adjacent to and giving access to the Village roads, highways and streets; paying the Village portion of the compensation, damages, costs and expenses of planning, constructing, improving, maintaining and repairing roads and streets within the confines of the Village; paying any costs apportioned to the Village under Ohio R.C. 4907.47; paying debt service charges on notes and/or bonds of the Village, issued for such purposes; purchasing, erecting and maintaining street and traffic control devices, signs and markers; purchasing, erecting and maintaining traffic control devices, lights and signals; and to supplement revenue already available for such purposes.
