(a) All contractors working for, or providing services to the Village, shall carry liability insurance in the amount equal to, or exceeding ($1,000,000).

(b) Upon request of the Village Administrator, each contractor shall provide proof of such insurance which will be kept on file in the Administrator's office.
(c) When applicable, all contractors shall provide proof of a Worker's Compensation certificate from the State of Ohio which shall be kept on file with the contractor's liability insurance.
(d) Failure to carry the proper amount or provide adequate proof of insurance will disqualify any and all contractors.
