1154.07 SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANTS.
   Sewage treatment plants may be allowed in "I-2" Districts provided they comply with the following:
   (a)   Located at least 500 feet from any "R" District.
   (b)   Approval by County and State Health Departments.
      (Ord. 74-8. Passed 10-3-74.)
