123.01 POSTING PLACES.
   The five (5) legal posting places for all ordinances and notices of Council shall be:
   (a)   Enon Auto Service.
   (b)   Post Office.
   (c)   Public Library.
   (d)   Rite Aid.
   (e)   Carriage Inn.
