123.01 POSTING PLACES.
   The five (5) legal posting places for all ordinances and notices of Council shall be:
   (a)   Government Center.
   (b)   Post Office
   (c)   Public Library
   (d)   Settler’s Park
   (e)   Ulbrich’s Hometown Backery.
